Triton are delighted to announce they have been awarded another great scheme. The design and Construction of a new 63 bedroom Premier Inn together with external services, roads, yards and car parking in St Davids, Wales will commence shortly.
Another great scheme has been awarded to Triton. Work is due to start shortly on a new 3 storey extension along with demolition works at the Girls Block, King David High School, Manchester.
Remedial works to replace the ground floor structure has been secured by the dedicated Whitbread team. This scheme is at the Premier Inn, Telford. Works also include an internal fit out, reception refurbishment including placement and installation of client bought direct items.
We are delighted to have had James Oldroyd join us this week for his work experience. James who is currently attending St. John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy in Dewsbury is keen to learn about the construction industry. James spent part of the week in the office with our estimating and quantity surveying department. James then joined site manager Neil Whitehead and the team out on site in Batley where he saw first-hand how a building site operates. Hi Paul, As discussed on site this week I’d like to (on behalf of NHSPS and Bolton CCG) pass on our thanks for the way in which Triton has managed the project to date particularly during the staff relocations and more recently with the COVID restrictions in place relating to social distancing. Maintaining the progress on site during the restrictions will mean that the CCG will be able to serve notice on the current premises and start to realise the year on year savings made to the NHS which can be better spent on frontline services.
