I was in New York, #usa, earlier this week and it seemed churlish, not to ‘bump’ into our colleagues from Triton Construction Company based in #NewYork. Triton are delighted to have been awarded the contract at Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College . The contract is for the Design and Construction of a new four storey (including basement) 14Nr. teaching block with associated office, breakout and reception space. HBV Group, the specialist supported living developer, has appointed Triton Construction on two projects in Derbyshire valued at more than £5.3 million. Triton will deliver a £2.5 million scheme in Swadlincote and a £2.8 million scheme in Ilkeston, which both form part of HBV Group’s growing pipeline of supported living developments across the UK. HBV Group collaborates with local authorities, registered providers, care providers and investors to deliver new-build accommodation. Another great scheme has been awarded to Triton. Work will commence shortly on site at Bretby Business Park, Burton-on-Trent. This project is for the design and construction of a new 45,000 ftsq warehouse including two storey offices, service yard, parking, access roads and all associated services and drainage.

This week is National Apprentice week, we are delighted to have two young men in #teamtrion who have joined Triton Construction straight from school! Ellis Whitehead joins the North West Office as Trainee Estimator and is undertaking quantity surveying qualifications with valuable on site training from our estimating team in the North West. Aaron Yates also from our North West office is a Trainee Site Engineer and is undertaking a construction management qualification. Happy Birthday to us! We are 17 years old today. Every year is a great year in business and back in 2005 when our now Chairman Michael Parkinson created Triton Construction it was to be a credible, reliable and trustworthy regional builder, working across the entire North of England. We have done just that and from just two, Mike and John (John Duffey) our business has grown to over 80 staff in two offices.
