TRITON CONSTRUCTION WINS MERSEY REACH WORK

Triton Construction has secured a £6.2m contract for the second and final phase of development at Mersey Reach. The contract includes the design and build of 12 units ranging from 4,036 sq ft to 29,719 sq ft to include internal offices and yard space. Triton will also deliver external works including landscaping, carparking and draining at the 102,485 sq ft logistics development. Scheme developer Chancerygate appointed Triton after a competitive tender process. NEW CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE YORKSHIRE REGION

Triton are delighted to have been awarded another local contract for David Brown Santasalo, Huddersfield. The contract is for a new build machine facility. Steel framed building with brick and cladding outer skin. Internal warehousing/machine with overhead cranes along with a 3 storey internal office area with associated facilities, works start on site early June.

SURE STORE ASHTON-UNDER-LYNE UPDATE

Here we have the first of our updates on our new project for Sure Store in Ashton-Under-Lyne. This is the second project for Sure Store following the success of the Wigan project and we are delighted to be working with Sure Store on this project. The consultants for this project are C4 Projects and Tier Consult. HOMELESS NOT HOPELESS

Homeless not Hopeless (HNH) is a voluntary organisation established on the 5th December 2019, their main focus was feeding the homeless and people in need with hot meals, sandwiches, pot noodles, cakes and biscuits.  It has now added clothes and a food bank, getting their donations from the general public and supermarkets. They have a unit in Keighley, where the items are sorted out. Everyone who runs it and helps out are volunteers. At Christmas HNH did a shoe box charity, where you put items in a shoe box and wrapped it in Christmas paper.  Items like socks, wipes, gel,…

TRITON STAFF CONTINUE TO DONATE FOOD TO LOCAL SCHOOLS

In February Paul Halloran a Director at Triton asked the staff to join him in donating food to local schools. Since then Paul has been making regular deliveries and has just returned from his 6th drop off. Headteachers and staff continue to be overwhelmed by the generosity of the staff at Triton. A big thank you goes out to everybody.

Dear Ian, Following on from the recent completion of the fit out of St James House, Derby, we would like to thank all at Triton for reaching practical completion. With the need to urgently relocate St Marys Primary School in Derby as our incentive, fitting out over 2000m2 of floor space was achieved in just over 3 months. The team ethos and collaborative working allowed all of the challenges that the project presented to be dealt with quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Thank you again and we hope to continue working with Triton during our busy education programme.…
