This scheme was for the construction of a 2,700sq metre industrial building with associated offices; boardroom; WC facilities, gymnasium and changing room.

A 30 metre, 50tonne crane was installed within the new production facility. Externally, a large new car park was created and extensive landscaping works undertaken.
