This scheme comprised of the construction of a new 4370m2 steel framed factory unit, new office building and a materials re-cycling building.

The new buildings were connected to the existing buildings and work to form new openings and alterations to the existing building was undertaken. Roofing works, new services, heating & electrical installations and extensive external works, including large new car parking and landscaping completed the project.
