This project involved the complete demolition of an existing residential dwelling to make way for the design and construction of a purpose-built, two storey care home. The new facility comprises 68 en-suite bedrooms, tailored to meet modern care standards and provide a comfortable, safe and engaging environment for residents.

The care home has been thoughtfully designed to include a wide range of communal and operational amenities including multiple lounges and dining areas, hair salon and games room, commercial-grade kitchen and laundry facilities and specialist care infrastructure.

The scope of works extended beyond the building envelope to include extensive landscaping, on-site car parking, off-site highway improvements, installation of a foul pumping stations and rising main.

The completed development delivers a high-quality care environment that balances functionality with comfort, supporting both residents and staff. It reflects a commitment to excellence in

healthcare infrastructure and contributes positively to the local community
