This scheme comprised the design and construction of a new 75 bed Care Home in Shavington, Crewe.

Cut and fill to existing ground to form new levels for the proposed development enriched with Vibro compaction.

Strip foundation, substructure masonry, ground bearing and suspended ground slabs.

First and second floors of pre-cast concrete planks loaded on masonry loaded walls enhanced with secondary steel columns/beams in places, balconies, roof trusses, combined flat and tiled roof.

Complete internal fit out including all associated M&E works.

External hard and soft landscaping, forming parking bays, fencing, roads and hardstandings as per the design.
