Units 2,3 & 9 have addition 1st floor office fit out with kitchen and WC.

The site access is controlled by auto gates.

There is car parking and heavy goods vehicles turning circles to all units.

The site is fully lit and monitored by CCTV.

There are covered cycling bays available to all units.

External soft landscaping has selective planting, water gardens and seating areas.

The site is fully enclosed with timber acoustic fencing along with paladin fencing.
