This project was for the construction of 12 no units over 3no blocks on a brown field site.

This project was phase two of the development for Chancerygate (phase 1 completed by others).

The units consisted of steel portal framed structures with steel insulated cladding and curtain wall facades.

Internal mezzanine 1st floors to the front of each unit.

PCC stair access with stair well full fit out.

GF WC and kitchen units.

External car parking, hard and soft landscaping.

The development with BREEAM Very Good.
