PORTHMADOG PREMIER INN COMPLETION
4 May 2022This was Triton Construction Limited’s 37th Premier Inn Project and brings the total number of bedrooms completed to 1176. The works at Porthmadog involved the demolition of the first Welsh speaking tax office in the country. The works involved the construction of a new 4 storey 80 bed Premier Inn and was completed late April 2022. The building has been designed to be complementary to its surrounding by taking inspiration from the neighbouring buildings and area. TRITON SECURES CONTRACT TO PROVIDE UNDERGROUND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR LEEDS’ NEW MULTI MILLION POUND PATHOLOGY LAB
4 May 2022Triton Construction has secured a critical contract to deliver full below ground civils enabling and infrastructure works for a new state of the art pathology laboratory at St James’s Hospital, Leeds. The contract comprises large below ground pre-cast concrete ductways and cast in situ re-enforced transitions to existing service tunnels, all on a very busy live hospital site requiring very close co-ordination with the Hospital Trust and other contractors working in the same vicinity. TRITON SECURES CONTRACT TO DELIVER FIRST PHASE OF NEW BUSINESS PARK IN OLDHAM
13 April 2022Triton Construction has secured a £3.5 million contract to deliver the first of three commercial development phases at The Mills in Hollinwood, Oldham. Site owner, The Mills Hollinwood Ltd has appointed Triton to deliver a speculative 20,000 sq ft, office building comprising three floors of flexible accommodation. The 4.5 acre disused site, strategically located just off Junction 22 of the M60 and adjacent to Metrolink Hollinwood Tram Station, will ultimately comprise seven new state of the art office buildings of varying size. HBV GROUP APPOINTS TRITON TO DELIVER SUPPORTED LIVING PROJECTS
22 February 2022HBV Group, the specialist supported living developer, has appointed Triton Construction on two projects in Derbyshire valued at more than £5.3 million. Triton will deliver a £2.5 million scheme in Swadlincote and a £2.8 million scheme in Ilkeston, which both form part of HBV Group’s growing pipeline of supported living developments across the UK. HBV Group collaborates with local authorities, registered providers, care providers and investors to deliver new-build accommodation. 11 February 2022This week is National Apprentice week, we are delighted to have two young men in #teamtrion who have joined Triton Construction straight from school! Ellis Whitehead joins the North West Office as Trainee Estimator and is undertaking quantity surveying qualifications with valuable on site training from our estimating team in the North West.
