Team Triton – Over £6,000.00 Raised For Cancer Research

Our team Triton charity day has  raised over £6,000.00 which is a fantastic total ! The entire weekend which was organised in memory of a dear colleague and friend – Brian Myler  was a huge success with over 70 people becoming involved in a 61.1 mile cycle ride and a 12 mile walk which all the children involved finished with the youngest being five! Liz Hargarve is our resident  Charity organiser and Liz recently sent a memo round for all the Charity events we have been involved with so far and it has been very productive! Norfolk Park School – Sheffield Special Needs School – Last year Andy Attree started fundraising for new play equipment & managed to get everyone incuding the Subcontractors and the Design team to chip in . Cancer Research Charity Day

Leeds Pupils Visit Triton Site

As published in the Yorkshire Evening Post Youngsters from Five Lanes Primary School in Upper Wortley closed the door on summer term with a visit to Greenhill Fold to learn about housebuilding and how historic buildings can be given a new lease of life. The children, who are all on the school council, were given an insight into the construction industry as well as learning how houses are built and the dangers associated with construction sites. Whitbread Charity Golf Day 2016

Triton supported the day by donating a prize for the silent auction for this most deserving cause. The event was a phenomenal success and a fantastic £21,000 was raised. The funds raised will go directly towards the £7.5 million commitment to help fund a new state-of-the art facility at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Winner LABC Awards 2016

Last year’s winners of the prestigious LABC award for Unity Hall Wakefield, in the Restoration & Conversion – Large Projects Category, secured another win in the Education Category for the Jonathan Silver Building at Shipley College! Well done to all the teams involved. Rather fittingly, the Awards Ceremony was held at the magnificent Unity Hall.

MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING

Total raised £232.38! We are very pleased to have raised such a large amount given the amount of staff members in the office on the day. Our Spot the Cake competition was won by Roger (Buyer) and he very kindly donated the money back into the pot! Thanks to our Site Manager Doug Eastwood, who sold tea and coffee and ginger parkin biscuits to sub-contractors, Client and Consultants on the site in Hoyland, this raised £55. NEW CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE YORKSHIRE OFFICE

We are pleased to have been awarded a new contract in Sheffield.  This project is for the sub-division of a 30,000 sq ft retail unit into 2 seperate trading spaces.  Works will commence on site at the beginning of September 2015.

NEW APPOINTMENT: STEVE BOLTON – NW OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
