Dear Ian, Following on from the recent completion of the fit out of St James House, Derby, we would like to thank all at Triton for reaching practical completion. With the need to urgently relocate St Marys Primary School in Derby as our incentive, fitting out over 2000m2 of floor space was achieved in just over 3 months. The team ethos and collaborative working allowed all of the challenges that the project presented to be dealt with quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Thank you again and we hope to continue working with Triton during our busy education programme.…

Morning Ian, Just a quick email to thank you and your team for the excellent work in completing St James’s Place for St Mary’s. Your team worked together to achieve the common goal of providing a temporary location for St Mary’s in the quickest possible time and what has been achieved since Christmas is fantastic and all parties are very pleased with the outcome. Thanks again and we (Hopefully) look forward to working together again very shortly. Regards and onto the next project.

Triton are delighted to have been awarded another contract at Production Park South Kirkby in Pontefract , work is due to start at the end of May on the design and construction of an Innovation Hub and associated hard and soft landscaping

This week saw Paul Halloran dropping food off at High Bank School. Paul was met by the Headteacher who mirrored the previous comments from the bursar. They wanted to thank Triton staff for their generosity and to let them know the food is going to their most needy families.

Andy Ainsworth our new Health & Safety manager is no stranger to giving up his free time to help train people with lifesaving First Aid, he got involved with the Heart Beat of Sport a few years ago and is usually involved with the running of community days. Worked started on site at the beginning of the year at Production Park, South Kirby and is continuing to take shape as the steel frame has now been erected on site. This new build construction is to shell and core a new Employment Unit Building.

NEWS RELEASE TRITON SECURES FURTHER PREMIER INN CONTRACT TO BUILD 80 BED HOTEL IN PORTHMADOG Triton Construction has secured a contract to deliver a new 80-bed Premier Inn hotel in Porthmadog, North Wales. The £5.4 million instruction through Liberty Properties includes the design and build of the hotel on the former site of Ty Moelwyn Tax Office, as well as external services, roads, yards and car parking. The Porthmadog contract follows an instruction with Swangate Developments to deliver a new 63-bed Premier Inn hotel in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, which is now under construction. Another great local school scheme has been awarded to Triton. The extension and refurbishment works at Feversham Primary Academy in Bradford together with associated external works and infrastructure will be starting soon.
