This project was for the design and construction of a new light weight industrial building which was to be divided into 5 units.
The existing unit adjacent to the new build was to be partially demolished.
Removal of existing hard standing across the site.
Remediation of existing ground to new formation.
Diversion of existing public sewer.
New build to include pad foundations with steel frame
Steel cladding and curtain wall facade with internal ground floor concrete slab
Utility and drainage connections to all units.
External works to include surface water drainage, attenuation and foul water drainage that included some existing drainage diversions.
Car parking, hard and soft landscaping along with concrete service yards and access road to rear.
