This project was for the construction of Unit A for B&M and a further 2 units B&C which totalled 7 potential individual units.

The site was a brownfield site within a semi residential area.

The works were a Design and build contract consisting of steel framed buildings with an external envelope of a mixture of cladding, brickwork, stone and curtain walling. The roofs were of a northern light configuration to blend in with the local mills.

Externals comprised of a large external carpark to the frontage of the units. To the rear is a large concrete service yard with a 13m electronic gate. The Service yard also has an external garden centre area with a 4.8m high security fence.
