Following  the demolition of an exiting cold store on our clients site Triton Construction were commissioned through a Design and Build Contract to construct a 185,000 sq ft warehouse 11.1m to eaves with three story office block located to the front of the site, the site also benefitted from dock levelers including 2 x euro docks and extensive vehicle marshalling yards. The project was delivered on time and included a hand over with the tenants racking and logistics supplier.

The build was BREEAM very good and benefitted from a site wide fire hydrant main and internal sprinkler system to all areas

DPD Parcel Distribution Centre
The project is for the construction of a single storey steel portal framed parcel distribution warehouse building with a 2 storey office module.  The scheme includes surrounding concrete yards, tarmac parking and security fencing. Further works included construction of an extended access road
