This project was for the design and build of a new 3 storey office block on an existing brown field site. Works consisted of an open central core, toilets, plant rooms and office accommodation fitted to a cat A specification. External works included concrete flag paved walkways new macadam covered car parking areas and boundary fencing areas. Control EV charging points and substantial landscaping works were also included.
