The works comprised of taking the existing building and carrying out all the following works. Demolition and strip out of existing internal partitioning, ceilings, services, finishes and external walling to create opening for new roller shutters. Replacement roof finish following removal of existing covering. Replacement of external sheet metal panels and installing translucent wall sheeting. Formation of new structural openings within the internal and external fabric to allow for installation of glazed and non-glazed doors / windows and roller shutter doors. The subdivision of the building into 4 separate smaller units to be sub-let. Installation of joinery fixtures and fittings. Installation and Commissioning of M+E services. Installation of metal-stud plasterboard and glazed partitions. Installation of electrical and comms services. Installation of decorative floor and wall finishes, WC’s, kitchenette and staff facilities. Retarmacking the whole external works, white-lining and boundary treatments.
