Refurbishment of an existing 4 storey office block in the centre of London with severe restricted access.

An additional floor was constructed above the existing building and a 4 storey Metsec structural system extension was constructed to the rear of the building which is landlocked.

Substantial structural alterations were carried out within the existing building to create a high specification refurbishment throughout.
