Triton were appointed to refurbish existing office accommodation in the centre of Leeds to provide a new Head Office for DLA Architecture, who was re-locating to Leeds City Centre from Wakefield.

The works consisted of the general refurbishment of and improvements to the property to provide a modern standard of quality office space and common areas with updated facilities, mechanical and electrical provision.

Following a complete strip out of the existing town centre offices, a refurbishment of the ground and first floor offices and core areas was undertaken, including the removal of existing partition walls and alteration of mechanical and electrical services to suit new layouts, together with re-modelling of the main reception area.

Upon completion of the project, Senator have 2000m2 of high class office space including state-of-the-art lecture theatre seating 60 people, interactive board rooms, two sales rooms and restaurant facilities for 80 people.
