This project was for the refurbishment and remodeling of an existing school building. The works were split into 3 phases and included. Decommission of existing M&E services and install new to fit the new layout. Structural alterations to allow a calmer and secure school environment. The school functions as an SEN school for children with behavioral issues.

A reconfiguration of the layouts was undertaken to give better secure areas within the school, by installing new doors and access control. The existing classrooms were somewhat outdated and the works brought these up to date. New group areas were constructed which included kitchen facilities. The flooring to the whole area was installed to incorporate the new colour schemes.
