THE LONG WALK HAS STARTED !

As part of the Triton Charity weekend , Paul Wood – Construction Director  and five mad friends have  started the walking early and set off this morning from our Head Office in Liversedge Day One – Liversedge to Otley around 16 miles which we can already report after setting off at 9am they arrived safe but foot sore in Otley at 3pm Day Two  – Otley to Pateley Bridge around 19 miles Last Leg – Pateley Bridge to Leyburn around 20 miles The aim is to meet with the 10 Mile Saturday walking crew of around 45 staff , family…

GRADUATION DAY

Everyone at Triton is very proud of two trainees who have fully qualified in their chosen field after studying at Leeds Beckett University. Chris Attree received a BSc (Hons) In Civil Engineering, achieving a 2:1. The course was for 4 years  split between  2 years full time and 2 years part time. Chris has  also been invited back to do his Masters. Nick Vales course was also a BSc (Hons)  for Quantity Surveying  , The course was 2 years full time and  3 years part time. All the Triton team wish both Chris and Nick all the best and very well done…

WHITBREAD CHARITY GOLF DAY 2017

Triton supported the day by donating a prize for this most deserving cause. The event was a phenomenal success and a fantastic £75,000 was raised. The funds raised will go directly towards the £7.5 million commitment to help fund a new state-of-the art facility at Great Ormond Street Hospital

RIVER CRUISE CORPORATE EVENT

To celebrate the recent achievements of our North West office and to thank our clients for their continued support a group of us enjoyed a fabulous  informal evening cruise to take in the sights of Manchester from the Bridgewater Canal, Manchester Ship Canal , Salford Quays and the River Irwell. ROBERTTOWN LANE PRE -SCHOOL MAY DAY GALA

Triton were the proud sponsor of the first prize for the  local school event to help them with fundraising. Roberttown Lane Pre – School provide child care for approximately 30 local children and as a charity , they are responsible for their own fundraising so support from local businesses such as Triton is needed. The Gala was a great success and with the help of local people and the business community  raised a staggering £1,778  which will be used to purchase new equipment for the children in Pre-School.

Mike Wood one of our Contracts Managers has very bravely jumped out of a perfectly good plane at 15,000 ft all in the name of fun ! It would appear the pressure has finally got to him , looking  at the lengths he has gone to as a means of escape. Whilst this would seem crazy to most sane people Mike fully recommends it and is even considering doing it again. Well done from all the team at Triton Mike, it is an admirable achievement.

The Merrion Centre is celebrating a double milestone after announcing further investment in the Leeds shopping centre in partnership with Triton Construction.
