Triton Construction has secured contracts with property developer Wykeland Group to create 85,000 sq ft of industrial space for growing companies. The £10m Evolve development will be situated in Melton West, Hull. Construction on-site has already started with an expected finish date targeted for March 2025. Once complete, the scheme will comprise seven industrial units, as well as associated drainage and external works. Triton are delighted to have been awarded the contract at The Arches, Salford. The scheme is to convert 10 derelict railway arches into food, drink, retail and leisure spaces. Work will begin early August.

We are incredibly proud to have been issued BREEAM Excellent Status for our project at Production Park Innovation Hub. This recognition highlights the innovation, commitment, and hard work of both our design and construction teams. The project was for the Construction of a new research and performance studio and offices and research facilities for Production Park. The facility is for live music and entertainment rehearsals and development and testing of the staging, lighting and sound required for national and Global touring of Artists. #TeamTriton were back in the Bradford Fives event tonight where they made it through to the semifinals, well done lads that’s a fantastic achievement. We might not have come home with the winning trophy this time but our very own Archie Sykes was presented with the ‘highest goal scorer trophy’ by scoring the most goals through the entire event. We are delighted to announce Damian Schumacker has been awarded a First Class honours in Quantity Surveying. Damian has studied at Liverpool John Moores University since joining Triton back in February 2019 Whilst wanting to thank colleagues for being considerate and patient during this time he has also stated he won’t miss the evening and weekend studying. We are delighted to report that our first project with OnSide is ‘ON-SITE’! We are working on this frankly inspiring project, for Barnsley Youth Zone. This will be the first Youth Zone in Yorkshire, representing a unique partnership of the private sector, local authority, young people (via their £5 membership and 50p admission fees), and the community. This dynamic four-way, inter-connecting relationship will not only drive the success of the Youth Zone but will also ensure its sustainability. Triton have secured another great scheme. Works will begin shortly on the Land off Monks Way West, Melton West Business Park, North Humberside, this scheme is for the design and construction of 7 industrial units and associated drainage along with external works.

We are delighted to announce we have been awarded the Youth Park project in Barnsley, this scheme runs alongside the Youth Zone we are currently on site at. The project comprises of the creation of an activity park on a large area, the plan includes a large, combined BMX and skate bowl, pump track, a parkour area and jump section. Also included are provisions for benches, covered and shaded areas.

For the second year running #teamtriton were back in a very sunny Skipton at the Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa raising valuable funds for Rotary International. Thank you to the Rotary Club of Skipton for their organisation of the event we had a lot of fun and some of us got sunburnt
