Paul joined the Company in April 2019 as Managing Director, part of the long term succession strategy for the business. He brings over 35 years-experience in all forms of Construction and Civil Engineering to Triton, Paul’s immediate previous position was as MD of a regional Building Civil engineering and Structural steelwork contractor in Lincolnshire for just under 10 years. He has worked at National PLC and Private contractors across all disciplines and at all levels. Triton is a perfect fit for Paul’s ethos regarding customer first, problem solving and best value to enable our clients to focus on what they do best, allowing Triton to deliver upon their Building & Infrastructure requirements with confidence

John joined Triton at the formation of the business in 2005, bringing his experience gained working with respected building contractors such as the likes of John Sisk and Bowmer & Kirkland. At the heart of Triton’s honest and pragmatic approach and in the interest of forming long-lasting relationships with Clients, the Design Team and Supply Chain, he has formed and developed the commercial systems within Triton that have be crucial to the success of the company.

An experienced professional having worked across a broad spectrum of sectors in the building industry. Ian has the capability in overseeing and managing complex building projects on live operational sites which require meticulous planning and phasing. A demonstrated 24 year history of working in the construction industry, skilled in fit-out, value engineering, cost management, and managing Contractors. Strong operations professional with a BSc in Construction, NEBOSH National Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in French Language Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University.
In the role as Construction Director, Ian oversees and manages projects, taking responsibility for the operational planning. Ian leads the project team and reports directly to the Managing Director. He will ensure the Quality Assurance and legal requirements are met. As Construction Director, Ian is an ambassador on behalf of Triton and will build and maintain relationships with clients and any of stakeholders. He has a crucial role in preconstruction and work from tender stage to practical completion, through to the end of the defects period.

Paul started with Triton Construction in 2007 and has over 25 years’ experience within the construction industry and as such has experience within many different work sectors. These range from prison, schools/colleges, hospitals, residential to pubs, hotels and leisure facilities.
His strong sense of client satisfaction has seen him forge and head up the company’s framework contracts and has an excellent awareness of the clients’ demands and always strives to exceed their expectations.

James joined Triton in 2006 and has over 20 years’ experience within the construction industry working in many different sectors ranging from education, industrial, retail, healthcare, residential to pubs, hotels and leisure facilities.
He is a committed and dedicated professional with excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
In his role as North West Regional Commercial Director James takes a commercial overview of our North West Operations as he works alongside the leadership team in the North West office, he will continue to look after all commercial matter relations to our hotel business stream works with Whitbread Properties and Premier Inn.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable construction professional and has a proven track record spanning many years within the Construction and property industries. Phil is responsible for the Business Development of Triton Construction our Strategic Growth and Customer Engagement. Phil has a friendly hands-on management style and enjoys being able to help clients make the right decisions for their future projects by sharing his knowledge during the preconstruction phases of the projects.
