#TeamTriton were back in the Bradford Fives event tonight where they made it through to the semifinals, well done lads that’s a fantastic achievement. We might not have come home with the winning trophy this time but our very own Archie Sykes was presented with the ‘highest goal scorer trophy’ by scoring the most goals through the entire event. We are delighted to report that our first project with OnSide is ‘ON-SITE’! We are working on this frankly inspiring project, for Barnsley Youth Zone. This will be the first Youth Zone in Yorkshire, representing a unique partnership of the private sector, local authority, young people (via their £5 membership and 50p admission fees), and the community. This dynamic four-way, inter-connecting relationship will not only drive the success of the Youth Zone but will also ensure its sustainability. Triton have secured another great scheme. Works will begin shortly on the Land off Monks Way West, Melton West Business Park, North Humberside, this scheme is for the design and construction of 7 industrial units and associated drainage along with external works.
We are delighted to announce we have been awarded the Youth Park project in Barnsley, this scheme runs alongside the Youth Zone we are currently on site at. The project comprises of the creation of an activity park on a large area, the plan includes a large, combined BMX and skate bowl, pump track, a parkour area and jump section. Also included are provisions for benches, covered and shaded areas.

Triton are delighted to have been awarded Markham Vale Staveley Waterside Phase 1, the scheme in Derbyshire is set to revitalise the Staveley Canal Basin site. The project which will begin shortly is for the construction of a 2-storey building, offering flexible space for new and existing small businesses, some retail use, and a food and beverage opportunity, with indoor and outdoor dining space, along with an access road, and mooring space. The works that will begin shortly at Brighouse Market include demolishing the existing market building and constructing a new Brighouse Market to provide improved facilities for traders as well as providing a flexible event space in the centre of the market stalls and space for pop up stalls.
Our Site Manager Alex Maud MCIOB had the privilege of showing the clients Preferred Homes Limited around the site at Beeston, Leeds earlier this week. The project which has seen the demolition of a single strorey shopping centre is progressing nicely into a new residential accommodation block. Alex said ‘It was nice to meet the wider team and give then a tour around the building site, I was able to show the projects progression and give a little insight in the current stage of the build and what works we have coming up’.
