Triton Construction has secured contracts with property developer Wykeland Group to create 85,000 sq ft of industrial space for growing companies. The £10m Evolve development will be situated in Melton West, Hull. Construction on-site has already started with an expected finish date targeted for March 2025. Once complete, the scheme will comprise seven industrial units, as well as associated drainage and external works.
