ST MARY’S PARISH CENTRE

Construction of a high specification two-storey ashlar stone building, built off the existing cellar structure of the former Parish Centre.  The building incorporates a splayed overhanging stone soffit with glass-to-glass jointed splayed windows.  Internally the quality of finishes includes hardwood carved and inlayed acoustic feature wall, oak floors and staircase, and glass and stainless steel feature balustrades.

Construction of a new swimming pool building and 25 metre Competition Standard swimming pool, including associated changing room facilities. The scheme also involved interfacing and connecting to existing school buildings, along with the construction of a new classroom.  As the scheme was carried out in a ‘live environment’, close liaison with the school is required…
