We constructed a new 10,000sq/ft heated warehouse on Vibro foundations and completely stripped out the existing building to provide new offices and storage, including new M & E systems throughout. All whilst also over-cladding the entire building to upgrade its thermal performance to current standards and improve its image.

The existing building in Steeton was used in the 2nd World War for ammunitions manufacture. It has been used since as offices and warehousing for SDS International, the works comprised a large new warehouse extension and a complete strip out and upgrade of the offices and existing building.
