Construction of a new build shell to accommodate the fit out of a new store.

The existing building was demolished and new external works, drainage and associated infrastructure works were carried out alongside installation of a Symphonic rainwater system and attenuation tank with a fuel interceptor.

Internal provision were made for the Clients fit out.
