This scheme involved the complete refurbishment and alterations of this Grade II Listed Building into 6 no. 2 bedroom Apartments.  The property dates from 1835.  Extensive internal structural works were required due to the property being derelict for 3 years.  The original staircase banister was restored along with several original fireplaces as well as other architectural features according to Listed Building specifications.
