This scheme included Internal structural work of the existing building which included the removal of the existing ground, first and second floor office and welfare facilities. The work included the removal of key structural element of upper concrete floors and steel frame along with making good.
The new works included the internal formation of the new office and welfare arrangement including a full refurbishment that included Mechanical & electrical.
The building façade was remediated. This included patching the roof and external cladding. The front elevation of external cladding was resprayed. New front entrance doors. New flat roofing above the entrance area. Some structural steel alterations to loading bays. New loading bay doors and steel escape doors.
New mechanical & electrical system throughout the building. PV on the roof. EV in the carpark.
Remediation to the external works that included repairing service yard concrete slabs, external furniture, patching tarmac carpark and new road markings.
