This projects was for the design and construction of 20 residential units in the Assisted Living Sector.

12 units in a 2 storey block and 8 units in 3 single storey blocks.

All the units are timber framed and clad in masonry and render. External works consist of access road and car park with 14 spaces along with a bin store and scooter shelter and charging points.
