GLOBE MEDICAL CENTRE

This project was for a ground floor internal works fit out to an old mill building with some external elements to provide a new Doctors practice with associated facilities of an onsite pharmacy and minor operations room. The project also included modifications to a stand alone managers house which required some structural alterations to provide office accommodation on 2 floors. The existing mill was an existing shell with the following works required, new internal drainage, new tanking to the floor and 2 walls, internal wall construction in partitions to a brick vaulted ceiling. M&E installation to HTM regulations, soft floor finishes to all areas, high end finishes to a central pod area in oak panelling.
