This scheme involved the development of the site erecting 6 No. single storey timber framed, supported living residential dwellings, and a new single storey support building with vehicular access, footpaths, landscaping, service mains and drainage system.

The project has integrated smart building technology.

The construction methods used were timber framed buildings, internal timber studs, brickwork and timber cladding to externals, aluminium windows with integral blinds, underfloor heating, carpets and vinyl flooring.
