This project was for the internal fit-out of two existing light industrial units to provide new Fuel Testing Laboratory, Advanced NDT Suite, Metal Preparation, SEM and Microscope Rooms.

Brookes Bell was a live occupied building that was fitted out to receive a new fuel testing laboratory.

Project involved a new steel frame to create mezzanine floor space and a complex ventilation system to deal with the operations under taken in the labs. Externally the building was re cladded, new curtain walling was installed and new parking areas were formed.

Internally we created a new reception office area and meeting room area both fully fitted out.

The project consisted of an extension to the existing mill premises. This incorporated converting and extending an existing canopy structure to form new warehousing and a raised loading area. A further lean-to extension was incorporated in the works, along with new hard standings and drainage.
