The project consisted of the demolition of an existing petrol
station and groundwork remedials, then the construction of nine
traditionally built town houses, set back from the A65 at Rawdon
near Leeds.
The original proposed strip footing foundation design was not
possible given the existing ground conditions, so to progress the
project, Triton sourced a piling solution that was carried out with
minimum disruption to both cost and programme implications.
A high standard of finish was achieved using NHBC standards.
