CANCER SUPPORT – Bradford Royal Infirmary

This scheme was for a new build facility which was attached to an existing stone building to form a new Cancer Support Unit in the grounds of Bradford Royal Infirmary. Refurbishments were carried out to the existing building to provide extra facilities for the unit.
The building is in a very sensitive location and required close liaison with the Trust and the Hospital to ensure no disruption occurred to the hospital.
Externally new car parking was formed and alterations undertaken to the main BRI Hospitals car park whilst maintaining access at all times.
