Following extensive value engineering works between Triton and the Client to ensure the scheme was financially feasible for all party’s concerned the Design & Build of 49 Social Housing properties, comprising of a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom Semi Detached properties commenced.
Including extensive drainage works and associated external works in line with Premier Guarantee.
Work started on site in November 2016 for 14 months.
