NEW CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE NORTH WEST OFFICE

We are delighted to be working once again with Preferred Homes, this project in Shrewsbury is for the design & construction of a 63 bed Extra Care home with a mixture of 1 and 2 bed apartments, a guest room, multi-purpose rooms, communal lounge/living space, with associated open space, landscaping, car and cycle parking, service infrastructure and new vehicular access.
