Design and build of 20,000 sq ft of new office buildings as part of a high spec commercial business park.  Built on the site of a former quarry, the development has a Victorian railway tunnel running underneath it.  Extensive investigations were required to ascertain the exact location, depth and condition of the tunnel to allow us to develop a piling design, which would minimize the transfer of loadings.
