Historic 1800s Mill Scheme

A selection of 39 new loft apartments are now available to buy, as work starts on the final phase of the prestigious Belle Vue Mills scheme, right in Skipton town centre.

The development, to be known as The Cotton Mill, will provide a mix of one and two-bedroomed loft-styled apartments alongside a new gym.

The Belle Vue Mills which was originally built for spinning cotton in the mid-1800s overlooks the Leeds Liverpool Canal, and already has an established residential community rooted in the mill’s textile history. Glista Mills, Eller House, and the recently completed McCarthy and Stone development, known as Mallory Court, provide a mix of new and converted apartments, alongside new offices, retail space and a recently announced proposal for a new health and fitness centre, all sit within this comprehensive development.
