This project comprised of the demolition of two  Semi detached properties  to enable the construction of  six, 1 bed apartments over 3 storeys and one,  5 bed attached 3 storey house , specifically for the protection and care of vulnerable women.

The scheme involved minor external works, including drainage; tree removal; formation of new car parking and hard and soft landscaping
