Two separate projects were undertaken under this contract. A new extension was constructed and extensive internal    refurbishment & fit out undertaken to provide new dedicated facilities for food technology at the Wharncliffe Restaurant. This new facility comprises of a commercial kitchen, coffee bar, licensed bar and 70 seated restaurant.

The other project was for the Clifton Building – Engineering Department, this was a conversion of an existing workshop & mezzanine floor into a dedicated Engineering teaching facility.
