Refurbishment and upgrading of a busy city center retail and office development.

Numerous schemes over a 13 year period  with contracts ranging from £200k – £2m which  have included the full refurbishment of the Woodhouse Lane elevation which involved the in store refurbishment and new store fronts for various stores within the centre.

The progressive internal refurbishment programme includes office, reception areas, mall upgrades, store unit renewals and the ISH Clinic.

This project consisted of the removal of the existing cladding and replacement of the “Marley Eternit” board, rendering and the provision of new shop fronts were also included to the high profile department store which is in “The Moor” a busy shopping precinct situated in the centre of Sheffield.

NEW BUILD ALDI STORE, LEEDS
Construction of a 2000sq.m new build store with car parking facility for a 100 spaces.
NEW BUILD ALDI STORE, SHERBURN – IN – ELMET
Construction of a new build shell to accommodate the fit out of a new store.
WOODSIDE RETAIL PARK
The project comprised of the demolition of a fire damaged industrial Unit, and construction of a new unit for retail use. The unit was divided into 2 separate self contained units for Dunelm & Carpet Right.
