Viaduct Works

The works comprised of the refurbishment & conversion of an old woollen mill into student accommodation. Full structural internal alterations and extensive demolition has enabled the construction of 14 units to provide 80 bedrooms, each unit having shower rooms, lounge, dining and kitchen area with associated services.

Externally the structure was being re-roofed and the aged envelope was being sandblasted & re-pointed. An internal courtyard was be adapted & developed to provide access to the residencies via a glass enclosed staircase.
