Victoria Quays

The project included the refurbishment of the core and circulation area of a city centre apartment complex.  The works consisted of the installation of polished stainless steel and glass balustrades, upgrading and replacement of electrical and lighting systems, new video entry systems, replacement of joinery and doors and full redecoration.  Liaising closely with over 120 owners and residents to avoid disruption, the apartments remained occupied throughout and needed to be fully accessible at all times.
