The 1912 Mill

Refurbishment works on this mill commenced with complete re-roofing, which included replacing the existing northlight roof.

Internally, a complete strip-out was carried out on the 1st & 3rd floors, including sand blasing and intumescent paint to existing columns.  In addition to the above, the 2nd floor underwent a complete fit-out, including raised access flooring; partitions; M&E; carpeting and installation of washroom facilities.  Extensive external works included the refurbishment of existing windows, stone cleaning and restoration using traditional methods.  A new breedon gravel car park was formed.
