Hollybank Trust, The Meadows

This project was for the construction of a 30 bed Residential Care Home for severely mentally & physically disabled young people.  3 seperate units were constructed consisting of 1 - 6 bed unit and 2 - 12 bed units, along with kitchen and dining areas and communal lounges.  Cedar cladding was installed to six elevations on the bedroom wings.  Three Sedum roofs were installed and Solar/Photo voltaic panels were fitted to all the units.

Externally, 4 themed gardens - Urban; Oriental; Savannah & Coastal - have been constructed to enhance the site and provide areas to relax in, and in which to find stimulation and fun.
