Hollybank

The works consisted of the construction of a new 8 bedroomed special needs home for mentally and physically disabled people.

The building is constructed from traditional load bearing masonry with trussed roofing. Adjoining the new build bedroom block is an existing former house which was altered and refurbished to form day rooms, kitchen, dinning and offices.

The project is located in the middle of a residential area, totally enclosed by neighbouring properties and included party wall issues to boundary walls.
