Regents House & Queen Street South

This scheme was for the conversion of the former Huddersfield Examiner offices to create over 60,000sq ft of teaching facilities, workshops and conferencing for the university.  The scheme comprised of a full strip out, installation of complete new services, raised floors, partitions and finishes.  Triton also undertook the refurbishment of the Queen Street South building to form new offices for the Estates Department, together with workshop space and creation of a Data Centre for the University.
