Construction commenced in December 2010 for the new Pen-y-ghent building to offer students extra facilities on the Aireville Campus.  This new 3 storey accommodation comprises: large multi-purpose hall, 20 teaching spaces, state of the art science suite, business practice suite, 'Change Places' facility, Life Skills Teaching areas, Early Years and Travel and Tourism and a retail shop/coffee shop.
